Review of Fall 2010

Spring Semester started this week and NOW-NYU is preparing many new and exciting events!

First, a review of what happened in fall semester:

• NOW-NYU cosponsored an event with NOW-NYC to have Gail Dines discuss Porn in the media and the major effects of it in our lives.
• Watched "Born into Brothels" a brilliant movie about children who were born in Calcutta's Red Light District and how they had the opportunity to learn about Photography and some were able to leave the area due to their excellent skills.
  
• "Love Your Body Day!" was celebrated with a Sex Toy Workshop provided by the NYU Health Center.
